What if I do not receive my goods? In the majority of cases, your goods will be dispatched within 24-48 hours and are usually delivered within 5 working days or sooner. In the event that an item will take longer than this to deliver, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity and you will be given the option to cancel all or part of the order and the balance or total will be refunded. If you do not receive your goods after this period of time and have had no notification from us, please contact us.
Delivery may take longer if the goods are shipped internationally or if the item(s) are handmade. You will be advised if this is the case and informed of the expected delivery times. High value items are generally dispatched using our Courier Service enabling us to track the parcel in the event of a query. Smaller and/or lower value items may be dispatched using Recorded Delivery or standard Royal Mail Postal Service at our discretion.
Product Availability:
Our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, in which case the funds will be paid directly back into your account.

Returns Policy:
We offer a No Quibble Money back guarantee. Our 'no quibbles' guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item excluding our original postage and packing costs.
Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are genuinely faulty. You will either be refunded in full for the item including delivery charges and the cost of your return postage or if you wish, we will send a replacement item shipped free of charge. If the item is not defective then you will need to return the item at your own cost.
Customers must take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession and return them inresalable condition.

You can cancel your order up to 7 working days beginning the day after you receive the goods. If you do wish to cancel your order we will request that you return the item(s) at your own cost if you do not do so, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods. We will issue you with a refund within 30 days of cancellation. Please also refer to our Returns Policy.
